Registration is done through Confit, an online forum management system.

Banquet
A banquet will be held at Hotel Grand Terrace Chitose from 19:00 to 21:00 on September 3. Shuttle bus service from CIST to the hotel will be available.
Participants who wish to attend the banquet should select the appropriate registration package including banquet when completing their registration. Banquet tickets can be purchased through Confit for 5,000 JPY for General participants and 1,000 JPY for Student participants.
For sponsors and exhibitors, complimentary banquet slots are provided according to the sponsor category: Platinum Sponsor: up to 3 persons, Gold Sponsor: up to 2 persons, and Silver Sponsor: up to 1 person. Details for sponsors and exhibitors will be managed separately through the sponsor/exhibitor forms.
Please note that any sponsor/exhibitor participants exceeding the complimentary slots must complete general registration and pay the applicable registration and banquet fees.
Lunch
The campus cafeteria will be closed on both September 3 and 4, and there are no restaurants or other dining facilities near the campus.
Lunch tickets will be provided only to tutorial participants on September 3.
On September 4, lunch tickets will be provided to conference participants, including exhibitors.

Information submitted to the registration office using this form is used only for the registration process. It will only be handled internally by the registration office staff, and not be shown, sold, or transmitted to third parties.
