The early-bird registration will be extended until April 8.
In order to guarantee inclusion of the accepted abstract in the final program for presenting at the technical sessions, at least one of the authors need to complete the registration and pay the fees no later than April 1 April 8.

Japanese Yen settlement is used for the participant fee. The participant fee covers the conference abstracts and programme, the reception, welcome dinner, gala dinner, lunches, coffee breaks and access to all plenary and technical sessions.
Accompanying person’s fee
The accompanying person's fee covers the welcome dinner and gala dinner only.

Conference Visa
Invitation Letters for Visa Application
Individuals requesting a letter of invitation with additional supporting documents issued by the organizer must be registered attendees with the applicable fee(s) paid in advance.
Those eligible to request the letter and documents are:
- Presenting authors (speakers)
- Co-authors
- Conference participants
- Individuals whose attendance is deemed necessary by the Organizer

The secretariat assists attendees of ISRERM2026 with the issuance of these documents; however, please note that issuance of an entry visa cannot be guaranteed.

If your visa application to enter Japan is not approved, a partial refund of the registration fee will be provided.
The refund will be issued to the credit card used for payment, after deducting a total of JPY 10,000 to cover the invitation letter preparation fee and the refund handling fee.
