Call for Abstracts

The abstract submission has been closed.

The submission of abstracts is only available via the Internet.

Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding to the abstract submission.

Abstract submission period

May 8, 2023 (Mon) to July 10, 2023 (Mon) → July 18, 2023 (Tue) Extended!

You can revise and confirm your abstract before the deadline even after you have submitted your abstract.
Please note that access to the site may be congested just before the deadline, so please register well in advance.

Submission method

Eligibility:

Both members and non-members of the Japanese Society for Extracellular Vesicles can apply.

About the Encouragement Award:

Applicants who meet the following requirements are eligible to apply for the Encouragement Award.

Undergraduate student / Graduate student / Postdoctoral researcher / Research assistant / Assistant professor / Researcher affiliated with a company under 40 years old

How to submit an abstract:

Register online via the online abstract submission form. Please start registration from the "New abstract registration" button at the bottom of this page.

After registering the abstract, please upload the abstract template in Word format. Please upload from the "Upload Abstract" button at the bottom of this page.

Presentation Format

This meeting will be held both in person and online.

• Poster Session

*Please leave the decision regarding accepting or rejecting your submission to the conference chair.

Abstract preparation guidelines

Please be sure to use this word abstract template.

1. Number of words, etc.

Title:	100 characters or less
Name of Speakers (Including co-presenters)	Up to 15
Affiliation(s)	Up to 15 institutions
Abstract text:	800 characters or less The abstract will be printed as it was registered by the presenter. Please be sure to check the contents before submitting your abstract, as any typographical errors will be printed as they are.
Keywords	From 1 to 5 keywords

2. Acknowledgment of abstract receipt

• An auto-reply e-mail will be sent to you upon completion of your abstract submission.
  Please contact the secretariat below if you do not receive a reply e-mail.
  Please note that we will not send you another notification by postal mail.
• The completion screen will be displayed when the abstract upload is completed, but no email notification will be sent.
• Those who have registered only but have not completed the abstract upload will be contacted by the secretariat.

Correction and Confirmation of Registered Abstracts

Please contact the secretariat below by e-mail to make any changes to your abstract after registration. Even after abstracts have been uploaded, they can be revised or replaced before the deadline. However, please be sure to notify the following secretariat by e-mail.
