Forum Dinner fee
The Forum Dinner will be held on April 16 at Keio Plaza Hotel. The Dinner fee is not included in the Registration fee. People requesting attendance to the Dinner must to pay the Forum Dinner fee in addition to Registration fee.

All payments, including both online and on-site registrations, must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card.

Information submitted to the APPF2024 secretariat office is used only for the registration process. It will only be handled internally by the registration office staff, and not be shown, sold, or transmitted to third parties. The registration office may use your contact information (address, telephone/fax/mobile phone numbers, or email address) to correspond with you regarding this position.

Cancellation Policy
Requests to cancel registration must be sent to the APPF2024 Secretariat by e-mail (appf2024@ec-mice.com). Refund requests will not be accepted on or after January 16, 2024 (JST)
No-shows are not applicable for refunds. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for “No Shows”; however, substitute attendees are welcome.
Our cancellation procedure is as follows, the registration fee in full will first be deducted from your card, then the full registration amount will be accredited to your account and then 50% of the registration fee will be deducted from your card. We will issue a receipt to reflect this amount. Please take notice that any handling fees incurred will be paid by the participant and not by the APPF2024 office. Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks after the APPF conference has concluded. Refunds can only be accredited the same credit card used at the time of registration.
You must agree to these terms to proceed with the refund process. Refunds are handled case by case. Please contact the Secretariat for further details (appf2024@ec-mice.com).
