Walking Tour Terms of Service

Booking and Payment

• Reservations are confirmed only upon full payment.
• Payment can be made via [credit cards].

Cancellations and Refunds

• 50% cancellation fee up to 48 hours before; 100% thereafter.
• Tours may be rescheduled at the discretion of the operator due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies).

Meeting Point and Timing

• Participants are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point 10–15 minutes before the tour start time.
• Tours will depart promptly at the scheduled time; late arrivals may not be accommodated.

Health and Safety

• Participants should wear comfortable footwear and clothing suitable for walking.
• Please bring water, sun protection, and any personal necessities.
• The tour involves walking over uneven surfaces; participation is at your own risk.

Behavior

• Respectful behavior toward guides, staff, and other participants is required.
• The operator reserves the right to remove any participant behaving disruptively or dangerously.

Photography and Media

• Guides may take photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes.
• Please notify the guide if you do not wish to appear in photos or videos.

Liability

• The operator is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.
• Participation in the tour is at your own risk.

Changes to the Tour

• Routes and stops may be modified due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Every effort will be made to maintain the advertised itinerary.
